Ghaziabad factory worker Ramesh Verma, 52, devoted his life to provide for his wife and two kids. He never missed a day of work at the same steel factory for twenty-five years. However, the business closed earlier this year because of financial difficulties, abruptly terminating hundreds of workers like Ramesh.
It's been three months since Ramesh lost his job. He has lost all of his savings. The rent is past due. His children's tuition had to be suspended, and they face eviction from their house.
In order to pay for groceries, he has looked for numerous jobs, taken on odd repair projects, and even begun selling some home goods. However, it is insufficient.
Our goal is to raise ₹1.5 lakh to pay for:
- Three months' worth of power bills and unpaid rent
His two children's tuition
Essential family medications and groceries
A little money set aside for job-search costs (phone recharge, transportation) - Ramesh wants a lifeline, not a handout. With a little support, he’s confident he can get back to work and support his family again.
🙏 Let’s stand with Ramesh in his moment of crisis. Your help today can restore hope and dignity to a family on the edge.
