Meena Kumari, 34, is a mother of two little girls. She resides in a small Bihar town close to Patna. She was working from home as a tailor until a few months ago, earning enough money to pay for her girls' groceries and tuition. However, after receiving a stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis, everything changed.
The AIIMS Patna doctors have suggested six rounds of chemotherapy, radiation treatment, and surgery. Her family just cannot afford the ₹7 lakh projected cost of her therapy. Her husband works at a factory and makes ₹8,000 a month, which is not enough to cover household expenditures.
Despite her sorrow, Meena has a strong spirit. "I'll be fine," she assures her daughters repeatedly. I'll see you mature. But if she doesn't get treatment right away, her illness will only become worse.
With your help, Meena will have the opportunity to live, to see her girls grow, to maintain her family unit, and to overcome this illness. Her medical care is directly funded by every donation.
Aww, Help Meena overcome cancer by making a donation today. Her narrative shouldn't finish here.
